Steps to make 四喜丸子

  • 1.准备原料:猪肉糜,葱,姜,生抽,料酒,老抽,八角,花椒,蚝油,淀粉,陈醋,鸡蛋,白胡椒粉适量
  • 2.猪肉糜中加入除了陈醋,淀粉,八角,花椒,老抽,以外的调料,顺一个方向搅打起劲
  • 3.另取一个碗,加入淀粉
  • 4.在淀粉里加入少许陈醋
  • 5.拌匀备用
  • 6.加入猪肉糜中
  • 7.顺一个方向搅打均匀
  • 8.制成四个丸子
  • 9.油温五成热时,将肉丸放入中小火炸至表面金黄即可
  • 10.将炸好的肉丸子放入一碗内,加入葱段,姜片,八角,花椒,老抽,料酒,适量水
  • 11.放入蒸锅内大火烧开转小火蒸制1小时左右
  • 12.蒸好的丸子捞出备用
  • 13.起锅,放入蒸肉丸的汤汁,烧开后加入湿淀粉
  • 14.将烧好的汤汁浇在肉丸上
  • 15.放入香菜叶进行点缀
