又到了一年的丰收季节,蔬果成熟、瓜菜飘香的季节里,红的、绿的蔬果挂在田间地头,最是让人喜欢。像不想把它们统统搬回家呢! 用卡仕达酱制作出来的面包,口感非常的松软,就这样吃已经很让人喜欢了,再在里面加上五彩缤纷的蔬菜粒,色彩上更讨喜哦!摆放在早餐桌上 ,看着就有食欲呢!

Steps to make 卡仕达田园丰收杯

  • 1.所有的食材备用
  • 2.首先做卡仕达酱:把主料里的食材倒入碗里,拌匀
  • 3.开小火,边煮边搅拌,直到成糊状,放入冰箱冷藏一个小时候取出
  • 4.辅料里的食材和卡仕达酱一起倒入面包桶,两个揉面程序后加入黄油,继续一个发面程序
  • 5.一个半小时候,面团发酵好,
  • 6.取出,排气,分成小剂子
  • 7.搓圆后稍微擀薄,放入模具
  • 8.把模具放入蒸汽烤箱发酵好,发酵好的面包胚表面刷上一层蛋液
  • 9.烤箱180度预热好,把模具放进去烤12分钟至表面上色,
  • 10.馅料为各种彩色的蔬菜,洗干净切成同样大小的颗粒
  • 11.面包胚稍微冷却后脱模备用
  • 12.烧开半锅水,把所有的蔬菜颗粒倒进去烫熟,捞出控干水
  • 13.另起锅,放油烧热,把蔬菜粒倒进去,翻炒片刻后出锅
  • 14.把炒好地蔬菜粒装入面包里即可。
