快速自制酸豆角
有没有人和我一样喜欢吃酸豆角但是很少买来吃,上次想吃买了一把回来却不敢吃丢垃圾桶了,主要外面腌的豆角碰都油都不会烂异味很重,吃了喉咙干涩不舒服,所以现在跟我一起做快速自制酸豆角吧!只要几个小时就可以食用,自己腌的方便健康放心!!

  • 豆新鲜豆角1把
  • 干辣椒4-5颗
  • 姜片5-6片
  • 香叶2-3片
  • 八角3个小角

Steps to make 快速自制酸豆角

  • 1.新鲜豆角一把,要选这种嫩而翠绿的。
  • 2.洗干净后切丁。
  • 3.加入一勺盐腌制一下。
  • 4.锅里放入适量的水,然后加入适量的白醋,花椒,干辣椒,姜片,香叶,八角,水量根据你的豆角的量来放,水要淹没过豆角表面。
  • 5.水烧开后倒入装有豆角的盘子里。
  • 6.这个时候可以用勺子试试一下水的酸度够不够,觉得不够酸的可以继续加入白醋或辣椒,吃得辣的伙伴,可以加入生的小米椒喔。
  • 7.盖上盖子腌2-3小时就可以了,我一般都是早上腌,晚上就可以炒了。
  • 8.豆角非常酸脆可口,花椒辣味香味俱全。
  • 9.以后都不用在外面买了,把心放开大方吃。
