    • 1.准备所需的材料。
    • 2.取小量琼脂加上烧开。按比例加水。

    • 6.将切丁的食材用调料爆炒之后捞起。
    • 7.烧开的琼脂放少许盐调味。
    • 8.将炒好的食材放入烧开的琼脂里搅拌均匀,熄火。
    • 9.用小勺将煮好的琼脂海鲜羹舀入清洗干净(用开水泡洗)的空蛋壳里。
    • 10.准备一个装鸡蛋的盒子,将装满的海鲜球放到盒子固定。
    • 11.二十分钟以后琼脂凝固了(不用放入雪柜也能凝固),就像剥鸡蛋那样将蛋壳剥开,“水晶海鲜球”就成功做好了!
