  • 1.猪肉切碎,加上所有调料,油烧热浇上拌匀。
  • 2.红萝卜去皮擦成丝,加少许盐腌一会。
  • 3.攥去水分放入肉馅中。
  • 4.和匀。
  • 5.面粉一点点加开水用筷子搅拌,剩一少半面时加点凉水和匀,醒一会,擀面皮包馅。
  • 6.全部包好,放入加了水的蒸屉上,抹一层油再放饺子。
  • 7.水开蒸16分钟左右。
  • 8.成品。
