Steps to make 梅菜扣肉

  • 1.准备原材料,五花肉2斤,梅菜1袋
  • 2.五花肉洗干净,用料酒、生抽、老抽腌制十分钟,
  • 3.炒锅加入油,等油烧至五层热时下入腌好的五花肉,炸制肉变色时捞出
  • 4.炸好的五花肉控一下油,切成均匀的肉片
  • 5.肉片码放在碗里,肉皮朝下,
  • 6.梅菜用温水泡一下再冲洗干净,炒锅加少量的油,把葱、姜沫炒香,加入梅菜炒一下,加入腌制五花肉的汤汁和盐
  • 7.炒好的梅菜蒲在五花肉上面,蒸锅加水上汽后放入梅菜扣肉,大火少开转小火蒸一个小时左右即可
  • 8.蒸好的梅菜扣肉碗里会有很多汤汁,倒扣入盘时把汤汁控入炒锅里,加入少量淀粉水熬制一下浇到梅菜扣肉上就大功告成了
