Steps to make 肥猫面包

  • 1.除黄油外的所有材料按先液体再固体的顺序放进面包桶
  • 2.启动和面程序揉成光滑的面团后加入软化的黄油继续一个和面程序
  • 3.揉至能拉出手套膜后开始发酵
  • 4.把发酵好的面团排气并平分成八份
  • 5.取一个面团擀成牛舌状并从一端卷起,所有面团卷完后盖保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 6.取一个面团压扁包上豆沙馅或其它自己喜欢的馅料
  • 7.擀成中间略粗两头稍细的圆筒状
  • 8.放在烤盘上摆成猫身子的形状
  • 9.再取一个面团揪下一小块面留用,压扁包上椰蓉馅(猫头的馅不要太重,最好选用比较轻的椰蓉)
  • 10.收口向下整成馒头状再捏出两个耳朵
  • 11.猫头和身子连接的地方抹上少许水方便固定
  • 12.之前预留的一点面同样搓成两头尖中间粗的样子作为猫尾巴
  • 13.在尾巴的一端蘸少许水放在猫身子的下方固定即可
  • 14.全部做好后放进烤箱二次发酵,二发完成后表面刷蛋液,烤箱180度预热10分钟再烤二十分钟即可。(上色满意后加盖锡纸)
  • 15.黑巧克力切碎放入裱花袋隔热水融化,给猫画出五官稍作装饰就可以了
