Steps to make 板栗核桃糕

  • 1.板栗加开水放入微波炉高火叮1分钟,拿出来轻松去皮。去皮后加清水稍没过板栗,放入微波炉高火叮10分钟至熟,取出沥干。核桃加清水放入微波炉高火叮1分钟,倒去有苦味的水沥干,再放入微波炉中火2分钟烤至酥脆,取出切碎。
  • 2.板栗沥干后用刀背压碎。
  • 3.碎的板栗分次放入料理机研磨成泥(用磨粉的那种,不用加水)。
  • 4.平底锅下少量清水和冰糖小火煮至稍粘稠,加入猪油,再煮至起泡。
  • 5.平底锅放入板栗泥拌匀至锅底不留油。
  • 6.上锅后加入核桃碎拌匀。
  • 7.将泥团平均分好搓成圆形。
  • 8.用月饼模压成型。
