  • 1.准备所有的材料;
  • 2.杏鲍菇、胡萝卜清洗干净切细丝,绿豆芽清洗干净;
  • 3.三种蔬菜分别入沸水锅中~焯水;焯水后的蔬菜沥干水分捞入大碗里;
  • 4.青芥辣一段,
  • 5.与所有的调料汁搅拌均匀;
  • 6.把料汁浇在蔬菜上,拌匀即可。
