Steps to make 凉拌腐竹

  • 1.腐竹斜切成块,腐竹提前浸泡几个小时,清水加入适量白糖个,腐竹容易泡发口感好。
  • 2.水开放入少许植物油、盐,加入腐竹绰水,水开捞出来控干水分。
  • 3.放入辣椒粉、大蒜末、香葱,淋入烧开的植物油。
  • 4.放入生抽、老抽、香醋拌匀。
  • 5.最后加入香菜。
  • 6.淋上芝麻油,装盘。
