蛤蜊冬瓜汤

不过要记住, 食用蛤蜊时要先将里面的沙子都吐干净,所以买回来后先加入几滴油泡上一定的时间,让它静置吐沙;如果时间不够长,就它们放入保鲜盒中, 加入少许水, 在双手摇晃几下,帮助它们吐沙; 重复几次沙子吐得更干净哟。

Steps to make 蛤蜊冬瓜汤

  • 1.准备好原材料,
  • 2. 将蛤蜊放入保鲜盒中, 加入少量水, 加盖不停的摇晃, 让沙子吐出来; 换水, 重复几次;
  • 3. 烧热锅, 放少许油, 下入姜丝煸炒;
  • 4. 煸炒香味后加入冬瓜片翻炒;
  • 5. 再加入适量的水炖煮至冬瓜透明;
  • 6. . 冬瓜煮好后加入盐和胡椒粉调味;
  • 7. 倒入洗净的蛤蜊;
  • 8. 大火煮到蛤蜊口张开后关火;
  • 9.盛入盆中, 表面上撒些小葱末。
