消暑冬瓜薏米糖水

这道清凉民间饮品清热解暑、健脾利尿,对小孩子热痱多、膀胱湿热、小便少又黄,有一定的疗效。

Steps to make 消暑冬瓜薏米糖水

  • 1.薏米不容易熟烂软,薏米洗干净后,需提前浸泡1小时。
  • 2.洗净冬瓜去籽留皮切成小块(关于去不去冬瓜皮的问题,瓜皮的功效是能清热利水消肿,最好连皮一起炖,把冬瓜皮的营养和功效发掘出来。)也可以为了口感把皮去掉。
  • 3.冬瓜与薏米一起丢到汤煲里大火烧开后小火炖一个小时、或者1个半小时。
  • 4.打开盖子,加入适量的冰糖,再煲10分钟至冰糖完全溶化,搅匀即可。
  • 5.一份清凉夏日的消暑糖水就做好了
