  • 南瓜馅:动物性奶油400克
  • 100克
  • 南瓜泥500克
  • 全蛋3个

Steps to make 南瓜派

  • 1.黄油室温软化, 搅拌成羽毛状;
  • 2. 加入糖粉,用电动搅拌器搅拌均匀;
  • 3. 将全蛋一个一个加入进去, 搅拌均匀后再加入下一个;
  • 4. 加入过筛的低筋面粉, 搅拌均匀; ;
  • 5. 加入杏仁粉和糖搅拌均匀;
  • 6. 放入保鲜袋中, 再放入冰箱中冷藏一天;
  • 7. 将南瓜去皮后切成小块蒸熟, 再用刀背碾成泥;
  • 8. 将动物性奶油、糖和盐倒入锅中煮开;
  • 9. 将鸡蛋一个一个加入,搅拌均匀后再加入下一个
  • 10.将煮好的奶油液用筛网过滤汁液到南瓜泥中;
  • 11.11. 过滤好的混合液加入南瓜泥搅拌均匀后再过滤一次即可;
  • 12.派皮面团取出来擀平,约0.3厘米厚,
  • 13.压入派盘中,用擀面杖擀去多余的派皮;
  • 14. 将制作好的南瓜馅倒入派盘中约九分满;
  • 15. 放入预热好160度的烤箱中下层, 烘烤45分钟;
  • 16.将提前融化的巧克力液放入模具中定型, 取出定型好的的白巧克力小动物 ;
  • 17.将打发好的动物性放入菊花嘴的裱花袋中, 挤上奶油花;
  • 18.再将草莓对切,放在奶油花上, 中间放上巧克力小熊即可。
