Steps to make 卤鸭掌

  • 1.鸭掌剪去指甲洗净。
  • 2.葱、姜、蒜、香叶、桂皮、八角。
  • 3.老卤汁。
  • 4.放入锅中加清水、葱段、姜片烧开后煮3分钟捞出鸭掌洗净浮沫。
  • 5.炒锅烧热后放少许油,放葱段、姜片、蒜粒煸香。
  • 6.加老卤汁、清水后放入鸭掌煮开,加料酒去腥,将香叶、桂皮、八角放入料包中放进锅里。
  • 7.加入生抽、老抽、糖,转小火慢煮1小时左右,至鸭掌皮软肉酥,汤汁浓稠即可。
  • 8.开吃。
