糖醋樱桃萝卜
樱桃萝卜小巧可爱,颜色喜人,自打早市有这个萝卜我就经常买来吃,最懒的办法就是洗了拍扁和嫩嫩的叶子一起加黄酱、醋和香油一拌味道就很棒了。今天我心情不错,所以给樱桃萝卜美容了一下,切了个花刀,然后用糖和醋腌制的,味道酸酸甜甜,口感爽脆,非常不错滴。做饭下厨是我的爱好还可以令我放松心情,听着音乐切着小萝卜,那感觉非常不错嘿嘿。

Steps to make 糖醋樱桃萝卜

  • 1.准备好食材:樱桃萝卜、醋、白糖、盐。
  • 2.樱桃萝卜去掉叶子和根清洗干净。
  • 3.将樱桃萝卜放在筷子中间,这样切比较不会把底部切断。(当然熟练的人就不用筷子了。)
  • 4.然后用刀切薄片,底部不要切断。
  • 5.也可以将萝卜去掉半圈,留个蘑菇的把,然后顶部去掉几个小片,如图弄个小蘑菇造型。
  • 6.或者切完片以后转九十度竖着再切一遍,成为十字交叉状,就是个小萝卜花了。
  • 7.所有的萝卜都切好以后放入盆中加4克盐腌制30分钟。
  • 8.倒掉腌制出来的水。
  • 9.再加入两大勺白糖
  • 10.加入三大勺醋拌匀腌制一小时就可以装盘开吃了。
