椰蓉吐司

  • 糖粉25克
  • 蛋液25克
  • 奶粉25克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 牛奶100ml
  • 淡奶油80ml
  • 黄油20克
  • 3克
  • 白糖40克

Steps to make 椰蓉吐司

  • 1.后油法将所有材料放入厨师机桶揉20分钟后加入黄油继续揉20分钟至出膜,发酵至2倍大
  • 2.发酵面包的时间制作椰蓉馅,黄油室温软化,加入糖粉打至发白
  • 3.少量多次加入蛋液,最后加入奶粉和椰丝,馅就做好了
  • 4.发酵好的面团取出排气,擀开抹上椰蓉
  • 5.简单的对折压紧
  • 6.切成三条,上面不用切断
  • 7.辫成辫子
  • 8.放入模子进行二次发酵
  • 9.发酵至七,八分满,烤箱预热180度40分钟,注意观察颜色,上色后上面盖上锡纸
