蔓越莓酸奶松糕
蔓越莓酸奶松饼,是一款及其简单好多吃的“饼”,也可是蛋糕,连打蛋器都不需要用,只要有烤箱,即可完成的一款松软好吃的蛋糕。食材也简单,采用的是:蔓越莓干、酸奶、低筋粉、黄油、白砂糖、鸡蛋、泡打粉即可完成。

  • 低筋粉120克
  • 白砂糖50克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 酸奶120克
  • 蔓越莓干30克
  • 泡打粉3克

Steps to make 蔓越莓酸奶松糕

  • 1.准备食材:黄油、白砂糖、鸡蛋、说你呢、低筋粉、蔓越莓干、泡打粉等;
  • 2.蔓越莓干切碎;PS:蔓越莓干如果是碎的就可以不需要切。
  • 3.室内黄油软化,分3次加入白砂糖拌均;
  • 4.打散的蛋液分4次加入拌均;
  • 5.加入60克酸奶拌均;
  • 6.把过刷的低筋粉和泡打粉,加入拌均;
  • 7.加入切碎的蔓越莓干拌均;
  • 8.再把剩余的60克蒜泥加入拌均;
  • 9.拌均好的面糊,倒入模具中;
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,烤15分钟;PS:每个烤箱不同,烤温和时间略有差异。
  • 11.烤好后,倒扣放凉脱模即可
