Steps to make 南瓜乳酪塔

  • 1.南瓜切薄片,均匀嘀码入盘中
  • 2.锅中水烧开,将南瓜放入蒸格中,隔水蒸熟
  • 3.用料理机将南瓜搅打均匀,一旁备用
  • 4.软化好的黄油、白砂糖、盐倒入料理盆中
  • 5.用电动打蛋器将黄油打发成颜色发白的羽毛状
  • 6.加入一只蛋黄,搅打均匀
  • 7.筛入100g的低粉
  • 8.拌匀并捏成团,用保鲜膜包裹好,入冰箱冷藏20分钟
  • 9.奶酪用微波炉加热至软化
  • 10.将鸡蛋、糖粉倒入碗中,搅打均匀
  • 11.加入100g的南瓜泥,搅拌均匀
  • 12.筛入低粉和玉米淀粉各10g,拌匀
  • 13.最后将搅匀的奶酪糊入料理机中加入纯牛奶搅打均匀,完成后再过滤2次,得到细腻的奶酪糊,一旁备用
  • 14.面团从冰箱拿出,取一小块面团,装入保鲜袋中,用面杖擀开
  • 15.放入菊花模中压成形
  • 16.用叉子在塔皮的底部扎满细密的小洞
  • 17.依次做好全部
  • 18.烤箱提前预热好,中层,上下火,170度,12分钟后将塔皮取出,倒入细腻的南瓜奶酪糊,8-9分满,入烤箱继续烘烤20-25分钟左右即可
  • 19.完成后取出脱模,在晾晒网上冷却即可···
