【苏菜】---葱辣大虾
葱辣大虾苏菜中一道传统菜式。
口味:色橘红,味香浓,肉鲜嫩。

  • 白糖10克

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.大虾去虾线洗净。
  • 3.干辣椒用温水浸泡,葱切段,姜切片。
  • 4.炒锅倒油爆香葱姜干辣椒。
  • 5.浇入150毫升鸡汤。
  • 6.加入10克料酒。
  • 7.加入10克白糖。
  • 8.再加入5克盐。
  • 9.把大虾倒入再加入10克红油。
  • 10.烧上5-8分钟让虾入味。
  • 11.加少许鸡精炒匀,然后把虾盛出来摆盘。
  • 12.剩下的汤汁勾薄芡淋香油再浇在虾上即好。
