苹果派
“An apple a day keeps the doctor away”
心理总是牢记这句话
于是家里时不时的会囤积苹果以及各类水果
每每经过水果摊的时候 总是会带一点回家
但是到了家后 冷飕飕的的感觉 立马就不想吃了

果不其然
过年期间总是买这买那的
家里囤积了好些苹果

于是休息天对着家里的一袋苹果琢磨了半天
突然就冒出了这么个想法
做一个苹果派吧

这样我又能度过美妙的下午茶时间啦
话不多说 实干才是真
接着就开工喽!

Details of ingredients

  • 低筋面粉250g
  • 苹果3只
  • 无盐黄油(面团中)80g
  • 绵白糖50
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 无盐黄油(馅料中)50g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 柠檬汁1勺

Steps to make 苹果派

  • 1.先将黄油软化,加入打散的鸡蛋液
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉
  • 3.筛入绵白糖并搅拌均匀
  • 4.搅拌均匀后将其揉成面团之后放入冰箱冷藏半至1小时
  • 5.冷藏的过程中 可以制作苹果馅,苹果切成丁,材料备齐
  • 6.将无盐黄油放入锅中融化,火不需要开很大
  • 7.加入白砂糖,搅拌均匀,直至糖融合
  • 8.搅拌均匀后加入苹果丁,慢慢翻炒至苹果变软
  • 9.加入柠檬汁,翻炒均匀即可,放凉备用
  • 10.苹果馅料完成后,可以继续完成面皮的部分,将面团取出,取出三分之二做派底,铺在保鲜膜上擀平至3毫米左右的厚度
  • 11.将其覆盖在模具上,边缘弄整齐
  • 12.派皮底部弄完后,将冷却完的苹果馅倒入,铺匀
  • 13.将剩余的面团继续擀平,切割成宽度均匀的面条,交错放于馅料上
  • 14.最后涂上蛋液,进行烘烤
  • 15.根据自己烤箱脾性调温度,我用了上火160度,下火200度,25-30分钟
