果香燕麦雪花糕
果香燕麦雪花糕的做法非常简单,不用揉面也不需打发蛋,只是把各种原料混合后用酵母进行一次发酵,发酵完成后送入烤箱烘烤就可以了。原料上可以百搭,想放什么就放什么,最重要的一点是有利于减肥,属于真正的低油、低糖哦。

  • 速食燕麦片75克
  • 自制苹果酱80克
  • 白糖13克
  • 全蛋液18克
  • 玉米油12克
  • 冬瓜糖55克
  • 酵母2克
  • 清水150ML

Steps to make 果香燕麦雪花糕

  • 1.准备好所需用的食材。
  • 2.将冬瓜糖切成碎粒待用。
  • 3.将白糖、苹果酱、酵母、全蛋液、玉米油全部混合并搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入150ML清水搅拌匀。
  • 5.加入面粉和燕麦片。
  • 6.顺时针方向搅拌成稍干的面糊状。(这个可以使劲搅,不怕出筋的)
  • 7.搅好的面糊装入模具六分满,置温暖处发酵约一小时。(我这个是在烤箱里发的)
  • 8.发酵完成后取出,将切碎的冬瓜糖撒在面糊表面,轻震几下(以免有气泡)。预热烤箱:上下火150度20分钟,15分钟时关下火只余上火烤至完成。
