香煎虾饼
鲜虾制作,Q弹可口,搭配泰式甜辣酱,酸甜可口,夏日里不可少的一道菜!

  • 基围虾250g
  • 洋葱四分之一个
  • 鸡蛋一只
  • 黑胡椒少许
  • 2勺
  • 淀粉少许
  • 白葡萄酒少许
  • 碎芝士少许
  • 柠檬几滴

Steps to make 香煎虾饼

  • 1.鲜虾拨壳去筋,滴入几滴柠檬,少许盐,白葡萄酒或是料酒,搅拌,放入冰箱冷藏20分钟
  • 2.将洋葱切碎,放锅里炒熟,或是微波炉里加热一两分钟!忘记拍照了,嘻嘻!
  • 3.将腌制好的虾去掉水分,切成虾泥,放入洋葱,盐,黑胡椒,一点点糖,鸡蛋,淀粉,芝士,充分搅拌拌匀!
  • 4.热锅倒入油!用勺子挖一勺虾泥,放入锅中!中小火煎至两面金黄即可!
  • 5.出锅,单吃或配上甜辣酱都非常美味
