椰蓉奶香面包
椰蓉奶香面包外层酥脆,口感松软香甜,椰香及奶香味浓(用纯牛奶代替水和面)、打开烤箱香气四溢,满屋飘香,让人欲罢不能。

  • 牛奶175g
  • 黄油20g
  • 酵母3g
  • 小鸡蛋1个
  • 2g
  • 白糖30g

Steps to make 椰蓉奶香面包

  • 1.将面粉用面包机和成团。
  • 2.再加入2g盐及20g黄油与面团继续搅拌成面团并发酵。
  • 3.取出发酵好的面团分成6等份揉圆。
  • 4.准备事先拌好的椰蓉馅。
  • 5.取其中1个面剂包入椰蓉馅料,收口朝下。
  • 6.逐个包入椰蓉馅料。
  • 7.将面剂擀成㮋圆形。
  • 8.将长度折叠一下。
  • 9.再折叠一下。
  • 10.切刀口。
  • 11.两侧同时往外翻即成形。
  • 12.装入烤盘中(覆盖防干)二次饧发。
  • 13.饧发好的面坯。
  • 14.烤箱预热10分钟,放入烤盘,上下火160度烤16分钟,再转上火180度烤5分钟(各家烤箱均有区别,请自行调试)。
  • 15.烤好的椰蓉奶香面包,香气四溢、椰香及奶香味十足,外层酥脆、内心软软的,非常好吃。
  • 16.椰蓉奶香面包亦可做下午茶点食用。
