经典月饼馅料之红豆沙馅

    Steps to make 经典月饼馅料之红豆沙馅

    • 1.红豆洗净,清水浸泡4小时以上。
    • 2.浸泡过的水倒掉,红豆再次洗净,加入没过豆面一点的清水,煮开,沸腾后煮两分钟,关火,把水倒掉(这个水可以加点糖喝掉,别浪费,很好喝)。
    • 3.再次加入清水,大概没过豆面1厘米左右吧。
    • 4.放高压锅煮,上汽后,转小火煮20分钟左右。排气后打开高压锅。水分蒸发的差不多了。
    • 5.用电搅拌棒搅成泥,搅得很细的。
    • 6.红豆泥加入白糖,放入锅中中小火慢慢炒。
    • 7.炒至水分比较少,比较浓稠的时候加入黄油。我加了20克左右黄油。
    • 8.炒至如图8所示比较干而且硬的状态就可以关火了。冷却后就可以用来做馅了。
