  • 1.准备食材,唉春笋切条,葱切段,姜切片
  • 2.春笋下锅焯水捞出备用
  • 3.起油锅倒入适量的油烧至五成热下葱白和姜片爆香
  • 4.倒入春笋一起煸炒三分钟
  • 5.加入两茶匙生抽一起煸炒
  • 6.加入正好没过春笋的水加入三分之一茶匙鸡粉和盐,一茶匙半白糖大火烧开盖上锅盖焖制十五分钟左右
  • 7.待汤汁要收干时下葱叶子一起翻炒
  • 8.翻炒均匀即可出锅
