奶油泡芙
美味的下午茶点——泡芙,外表蓬松香脆,内部空洞,正好可以填充奶油在泡芙里,或者是做一些卡仕达酱填充都是非常不错的搭配,虽然材料不多,但是制作时每个细节还是需要注意的哦

  • 白砂糖(加入到淡奶油中打发)12g

Steps to make 奶油泡芙

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.将水、黄油跟细砂糖混合在一起放在电磁炉上中火160°~180°加热,使黄油跟砂糖融化直至沸腾
  • 3.这是融化至沸腾的样
  • 4.加入过筛好的低筋面粉搅拌均匀迅速离火,待面团微凉
  • 5.鸡蛋要分2次加入,首先加一个鸡蛋搅拌均匀
  • 6.完全搅匀一个之后再继续加入第二个鸡蛋
  • 7.拌匀后再次加入另一个鸡蛋搅拌均匀
  • 8.拌好的面糊倒入装有裱花嘴的裱花袋中,将面糊挤在铺有油纸的烤盘上
  • 9.手机连接好烤箱进行预热,将挤好的泡芙面团放入预热好的烤箱内“一键开始”进行烘焙烤,上下火190°,烤12分钟,然后再换成170度烤20分钟
  • 10.烤好的泡芙出炉后待凉挤入打发好的淡奶油
