Steps to make 巧克力甜甜圈

  • 1.黄油室温软化,加糖粉用手动打蛋器搅拌至黄油蓬松
  • 2.分次加入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛如泡打粉和一半低粉,拌均匀
  • 4.加入牛奶拌匀
  • 5.筛入剩下的一半低粉
  • 6.拌好的面糊
  • 7.将面糊装入表花袋,挤到模具中
  • 8.烤箱中层,上下火180度烤20分钟
  • 9.烤好脱模
  • 10.巧克力隔水融化
  • 11.把烤好的甜甜圈在巧克力里蘸一下
  • 12.趁巧克力没凝固在表面撒彩糖装饰,晾干巧克力就可以吃了
  • 13.成品图,我这个模具比较小,您家要是大模具,材料可以加倍。
