从小到大,要说谁没吃过西红柿炒鸡蛋,那基本上可以算的上是外星人了,不光吃,就连做,也基本都是老少皆宜的,记得小的时候,学校有劳动课,老师留的作业就是,明天带一道自己炒的菜来,那会好像是小学四年级,结果,第二天,一上课,基本上半个班的同学,带的都是西红柿炒鸡蛋,呵呵,可见这道菜的上镜率之高,不亚于西游记的重播了,其实西红柿炒鸡蛋,虽然简单,但是也是营养很均衡的一道菜,番茄只有加热以后,番茄红素才会更加容易让人体吸收,鸡蛋含有大量的维生素和矿物质,营养全面可以和海参比肩,两种丰富的营养结合到一起,那自然是营养加倍;再简单的菜也可以通过灵巧的双手赋予它新的含义,只要你用心,在平常的事情也可以有别样的华彩;

  • 1.将西红柿洗净切块备用
  • 2.锅里放少量水,烧热后放入西红柿,焯一下,1-2分钟捞出;
  • 3.接着用热水焯一下青豆,和西红柿放在一起备用;
  • 4.鸡蛋内加入少许白糖,即可松软,又可提鲜;
  • 5.锅内放油,6成热,放入打散的鸡蛋炒熟;
  • 6.鸡蛋摊成金黄色即可;
  • 7.炒锅放油,放入焯好的西红柿和青豆,淋入番茄沙司,放入食盐,白糖;
  • 8.最后放入焯好的鸡蛋,即可出锅;
  • 9.上桌,摆盘,依然很美丽;
