现压早餐鸡蛋面
早餐是一天饮食的关键,用鸡蛋和面现压的面筋道韧性好,配以彩色艺术鸡蛋,既营养、又养眼、生活中体现出其意境之美感。

Steps to make 现压早餐鸡蛋面

  • 1.用高筋面粉加入1个鸡蛋,适量水、少许盐反复揉搓成光滑的面团。
  • 2.搓成长条状。
  • 3.压制一遍,两面撒薄面粉防粘。
  • 4.再压一遍更柔韧。
  • 5.由于压完比较长,分成两片,其中一片按自己喜欢吃的粗细条,我喜欢细面,所以压的细面。
  • 6.压好的那一片已成细面条。
  • 7.两片面分别压成细面条状。
  • 8.锅中水烧开,下入现压的细面煮制,煮八分熟放另一锅中(防止浑汤)。
  • 9.再取另一锅将油、料酒、少许酱油、盐、鸡精等下入锅中,放入另个锅煮了八分熟的面继续煮2分钟。
  • 10.下入彩色卤蚕。
  • 11.少许茴香。
  • 12.捞出面条,又筋又弹!
  • 13.捞面至大碗中,彩色卤蛋切半、茴香点缀、一碗既营养、又美味、且养眼的早餐端上餐桌。
