  • 鸡肉400g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 玉米淀粉1纸杯
  • 蕃茄酱4勺
  • 辣椒酱2勺
  • 糖稀3勺
  • 花生2勺
  • 酱油1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 大蒜4-5瓣
  • 黑胡椒面1/2勺
  • 开心果3勺

Steps to make 韩国街头小吃-又甜又辣的裹酱炸鸡块

  • 1.准备好熟花生,玉米淀粉,鸡蛋,开心果,鸡胸肉(鸡肉可以用鸡胸,也可以用鸡腿肉,不影响)鸡腿肉更嫩一些。
  • 2.鸡肉切成小丁小碗里放一勺料酒,1勺酱油,1/2勺黑胡椒面,1勺蒜末,差不多4-5瓣,调好后和鸡肉混合到一起,腌制30分钟以上。
  • 3.蕃茄酱,辣椒酱,糖稀,花生碎混合。
  • 4.鸡蛋+淀粉和好以后,把腌好的鸡肉倒进去,混合均匀。
  • 5.油温烧到170-180度左右,把裹好淀粉的鸡肉放进去,炸7-8分钟,炸至金黄色捞出控油。
  • 6.把调好的酱汁倒进锅里,把炸好的鸡肉放进去,混合均匀以后,撒上开心果碎。
  • 7.炸鸡+可乐or炸鸡+啤酒。
