  • 牛奶125克
  • 2克
  • 黄油25克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白糖40克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 干酵母4克

Steps to make 蔓越莓大吐司

  • 1.除黄油和蔓越莓以外的所有食材投入面包机进行一个程序15分钟揉面
  • 2.加入黄油进第二次揉面
  • 3.面团达到完全扩展,揉出手套膜
  • 4.加入适量蔓越莓,揉面5分钟,均匀混合
  • 5.放温暖处发酵
  • 6.面团发至2-3倍大时,发酵结束
  • 7.排气后,均匀分成三个剂子,松驰15分钟
  • 8.排气,把剂子擀成长舌状
  • 9.翻面,折叠
  • 10.再次擀长
  • 11.卷起
  • 12.全部整好型后,放入刷好油的吐司盒
  • 13.进行第二次发酵,到8-9分满时,刷全蛋液,烤箱预热后,放入烤箱,180度,35分钟,进行烘烤
  • 14.烤好后,马上脱膜,烤架上晾凉,就可以切片食用了
