莲蓉乌龟包
上次参加了市图书馆的读者沙龙活动,大武汉杂志的主编张庆女士跟大家分享了旅游和美食的经验,说真的很是羡慕,可我,别说来一场说走就走的旅行,连说来一次说走就走的下班都不可能啊!

活动结束,在图书馆里又泡了几个小时,有款点心莲蓉如意酥,回家被我说改就改,变成了莲蓉乌龟包了。

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 白糖50克
  • 牛奶110毫升
  • 酵母3克
  • 黄油20克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 2克

Steps to make 莲蓉乌龟包

  • 1.把原料按先液体再粉类的顺序倒入面包机,用筷子将四周的面粉轻轻混合一下,以免搅拌时面粉飞溅。
  • 2.安装好面包机,用后油法和好面.
  • 3.把面团收圆,放入盆里盖上保鲜膜放在温暖处发酵。
  • 4.发酵好的面团(用手指蘸少许干粉戳个洞,洞口不回缩不塌陷)
  • 5.排气,分割,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛10-15分钟.
  • 6.取一个面团,用手心压扁。
  • 7.放入搓圆的莲蓉馅。
  • 8.把少许的面团搓成条,分别把头脚和尾巴粘好。
  • 9.再取一个面团压扁,盖在莲蓉馅上,就是乌龟背了。
  • 10.把乌龟背的边都要捏紧,以免烘烤时散开。拿2粒黑芝麻当眼睛。
  • 11.盖上保鲜膜2次发酵。轻轻刷一层鸡蛋液。
  • 12.烤箱预热。180度中层15分钟(上色后加盖锡纸)
