Steps to make 绿胡椒牛排

  • 1.葱茸蒜茸备好
  • 2.牛肉2片
  • 3.拍松软
  • 4.取小碗加入红酒、盐、绿胡椒粉、蚝油、酱油调匀
  • 5.加入葱茸蒜茸腌制牛肉半小时以上
  • 6.烤盘铺上锡纸,摆上洋葱,家里没洋葱了,用毛葱替代
  • 7.码入牛肉片
  • 8.包好,烤箱200度预热烤10到20分钟
  • 9.烤好的牛排
  • 10.再研磨一份绿咖喱粉
  • 11.加入酱油、红酒、白糖、柠檬汁、淀粉调匀
  • 12.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香蒜茸
  • 13.加入调料汁煮开
  • 14.摆盘:煮熟的鸡蛋切开取出蛋黄,装入调料汁浇在牛排上,用糖醋水萝卜花和苹果点缀下,OK!开餐。
