Steps to make 家常酸辣粉

  • 1.干粉条用温水,泡发(大约半小时)
  • 2.葱花放入碗里备用
  • 3.猪油渣放入(建议在没有准备臊子的情况下一定要用点猪油或者猪油渣,这样酸辣粉才香,如果你备有荤臊子就用荤臊子)
  • 4.酱油,醋,盐,鸡精放入
  • 5.放入花椒油(前面有菜谱制作花椒油)
  • 6.放入辣椒油(前面有菜谱制作辣椒油)
  • 7.把所有调料都放好
  • 8.用煮锅烧开一锅水,水适量多点
  • 9.烧开后,放入泡好的粉条
  • 10.用筷子拨开
  • 11.粉条微微烧开的时候放入一些蔬菜
  • 12.锅里大开后,用勺子舀一勺水
  • 13.冲入碗中,做成汤汁
  • 14.煮至粉条软即可出锅
  • 15.出锅放入碗中,拌好调料,即可,酸辣爽口
