Steps to make 馄饨

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.里脊肉洗干净剁成肉泥,生姜洗干净切片切丝剁成末。
  • 3.剁好的肉泥。
  • 4.肉泥放进一个小盆里,里面加一个鸡蛋,盐,生抽,蚝油,胡椒粉,花椒粉,花生油,葱花顺着一个方向搅拌均匀,然后再分三次将泡好的葱姜水倒进去抓拌均匀。
  • 5.馄饨皮是买的,馅已经做好。
  • 6.取一馄饨皮,放上肉馅。
  • 7.捏成元宝形。
  • 8.做好的馄饨放在篦子上。
  • 9.取一碗,里面加盐,花椒粉,鸡精,胡椒粉,生抽,醋,白芝麻,芝麻油。
  • 10.锅中烧水,水开下馄饨,馄饨飘起来就可以了。
  • 11.碗中加适量煮馄饨水。搅拌均匀。
  • 12.将馄饨捞进去,加小葱花和香菜,是不是看着很有食欲。
  • 13.再来张近照。
