宫保虾仁
简单又美味的家常菜,也是一道下饭菜。 虾营养丰富,含蛋白质是鱼、蛋、奶的几倍到几十倍,且其肉质松软,易消化,是需要调养的人是极好的食物。

Steps to make 宫保虾仁

  • 1.原图材料
  • 2.先把用食物剪刀在虾壳后背剪开去虾线,然后洗净,切成3段(由于我买的虾比较大,所以就一分为三段)
  • 3.加入盐、料酒、蛋清和淀粉抓匀,腌制15分钟
  • 4.所有材料洗净,葱切段,姜蒜切片,干红椒切段
  • 5.然后调料汁(2勺生抽,1勺醋,2勺白糖,1勺淀粉)加入适量的水调成料汁备用。
  • 6.锅内放适量食用油烧至5成热,下虾仁用筷子不断搅拌滑熟变色,盛出备用。
  • 7.锅内留底油,下干红椒和豆瓣煸香,再加入葱姜蒜炒出香味
  • 8.倒入虾仁翻炒几下
  • 9.将调好的料汁倒入锅中,继续翻炒。
  • 10.加入熟悉花生米翻炒几下关火即可。
