蒜香烤肋排
自从家里买了烤箱以后就经常烤不同食物,烤鱼啊、鸡啊,猪肉牛肉等等~~烤肋排是我和老公都很喜欢吃的,经常做各种不同的口味,有黑椒的,蜜汁的、孜然的,最喜欢吃的还是这个蒜香味的~~

  • 猪肋排600g
  • 2颗
  • 5g
  • 独蒜3颗
  • 生抽2汤匙
  • 老抽1/2汤匙
  • 蚝油1/2汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 白糖1/2茶匙
  • 胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 蒜香烤肋排

  • 1.材料准备好
  • 2.肋排洗净,用清水侵泡2小时,中途换2-3次水
  • 3.浸泡出血水后捞出控干
  • 4.葱切段,姜切丝,蒜切沫
  • 5.生抽、老抽、料酒、蚝油、盐、糖、胡椒粉调成酱汁
  • 6.将葱姜蒜、酱汁一起倒入排骨碗里
  • 7.翻拌均匀
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱腌制24小时
  • 9.腌制好之后拿出,放到烤网上
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱中层,210度,烤25分钟左右,中途再拿出刷一层酱汁
