粤菜美味蜜汁叉烧
烤肉的香味浓郁又不会有油腻的味道,绝对是送饭菜!

  • 猪前腿肉500克
  • 料酒一大勺
  • 少许
  • 叉烧酱3勺
  • 蜂蜜一勺
  • 生姜3片
  • 蒜头5瓣

Steps to make 粤菜美味蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.猪前腿肉7分瘦3分肥,洗净
  • 2.生姜切丝,蒜蓉剁碎
  • 3.加入料酒
  • 4.加入蜂蜜
  • 5.加入叉烧酱跟生姜及蒜蓉,抓匀
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制一个晚上(可提前)
  • 7.腌制好的猪肉整块架在烤网上,放入预热好的烤箱,上下火190~200度,烤35分钟左右
  • 8.中途取出翻面刷烧烤汁2~3次,使其上色,最后剩余5分钟的时候取出刷蜂蜜
  • 9.整块叉烧烤好之后按照肉的纹路切成薄片即可
