  • 小尖椒1把
  • 香叶2个
  • 八角2个
  • 桂皮1块
  • 茴香少许
  • 甜面酱250g
  • 高度白酒1两
  • 豆豉1包
  • 花生油400g

Steps to make 西瓜酱

  • 1.准备250克黄豆。
  • 2.清洗干净浸泡一晚上。
  • 3.锅中烧水,将黄豆放进去大火烧开转小火。

  • 5.大葱洗干净切成段,生姜、洋葱和香菇切成片,香菜洗干净从中间切开。
  • 6.准备1两高度白酒。
  • 7.煮好的黄豆将里面的坏豆挑出来,西瓜用勺子取出西瓜瓤。
  • 8.小米辣用绞肉机绞成末。
  • 9.锅中烧油,将所有辅料放进去。
  • 10.小火炒至金黄色捞出。
  • 11.将黄豆放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 12.切好的西瓜放进去。
  • 13.用勺子不停的搅动,直到里面的水分炒干。
  • 14.高度白酒倒进去小火翻炒。
  • 15.辣椒末放进去小火翻炒。
  • 16.甜面酱和豆豉倒进去不停的翻炒。
  • 17.直到水分全部收干,关火。
  • 18.香辣过瘾的西瓜酱就做好了。
