    • 5.然后加入生粉用手抓匀上浆。
    • 6.锅中倒入5大勺油,加入葱姜蒜末炒香。
    • 7.将虾仁倒入过油,虾成弯曲状盛出。
    • 8.龙井茶叶用沸水泡1分钟。
    • 9.将茶水和茶叶分开。
    • 10.锅中留底油,倒入虾仁翻炒,加入适量茶水。
    • 11.加入1勺蒸鱼豉油和料酒。
    • 12.再倒入茶叶翻炒,水淀粉勾芡出锅,浇上香油即可。
