  • 干小米辣6个

Steps to make 三酱牛肉

  • 1.买回来的牛腱子清理干净。
  • 2.洗干净用凉水浸泡3个小时(中间换3次水)。

  • 6.加抹过牛肉多一点的凉水(因为牛肉经过加热后会鼓起来)。
  • 7.准备三酱,酱油,甜面酱和豆腐乳。
  • 8.准备调料,花椒,大料,香叶,桂皮,草果,山楂片,陈皮,干辣椒。
  • 9.生姜和洋葱。
  • 10.大火烧开后撇去血沫。
  • 11.将所有调料放进去。
  • 12.甜面酱放进去搅拌均匀。
  • 13.豆腐乳放进去搅拌均匀。
  • 14.再将生姜和洋葱放进去。
  • 15.尝下味,需要加盐的可以根据个人口味添加。
  • 16.盖上盖小火炖大约两小时15分钟。
