酿豆腐
我喜欢吃酿豆腐,但很多时候买的酿豆腐里面的肉都是坏的猪肉或者是有很多淋巴的那种肉,吃起来不放心,还是DIY的好!

    Steps to make 酿豆腐

    • 1.材料包括:豆卜(炸豆腐),肉糜,香菇,韭菜,辣椒。
    • 2.将韭菜,香菇,辣椒切成小丁。
    • 3.将韭菜,香菇,辣椒丁放到猪肉里面。
    • 4.加上油,酱油,蚝油,盐,糖,淀粉搅拌均匀。
    • 5.用剪刀将豆卜(我们是这样叫的,但是不知道真正的名字叫什么)的上面剪一个洞,然后用勺子将里面的豆腐掏出来,但是不要将底部掏穿。这个步骤要小心处理。
    • 6.处理过的豆卜。PS:挑选豆卜的时候一定要挑那种鼓鼓的,方方正正的形状,因为形状太丑做起来比较困难,而且样子比较难看!我这次就是因为没有挑,所以各种形状的都有。
    • 7.掏出来的豆腐也不要浪费,把它们剁碎之后也放到馅里面搅拌均匀。
    • 8.把馅酿在豆卜里面,填充饱满一点才好看。
    • 9.热锅下油,将豆卜的有馅的那边整齐地码在锅里,小火煎两分钟。
    • 10.浇一点水,然后加入酱油,蚝油,盐,糖。
    • 11.加淀粉收汁,上碟。整个过程都要用小火,做这个菜要有耐心。
