  • 1.准备好粽叶和粽绳,清洗干净。
  • 2.准备好檽米、咸蛋黄、猪肉(肉提前切成薄片,加盐、蚝油、生抽、姜粉、糖、胡椒粉、香料粉(桂皮、八角、香叶提前打成细粉),米酒调味,最后加油拌匀待用)。
  • 3.糯米清洗干净,沥干水分,加盐、生抽、食用碱拌匀待用。

  • 5.再放入糯米,用手压平。
  • 6.粽叶折起。
  • 7.转角,折起。
  • 8.用粽绳用力扎紧。
  • 9.依次做完,稍做修剪,整理一下。
  • 10.凉水上锅(高压锅),水里加少许食用碱,大火煮开后转小火煮4个小时。
