Steps to make 蔓越莓烧仙草

  • 1.准备好白色烧仙草和蔓越莓,我这里依旧是网购的。
  • 2. 2、将白色烧仙草倒入盆中。
  • 3.加入150ML的凉开水搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.另取一容器倒入1500ML的水放在电磁炉上烧开。
  • 5.水开后将事先调好的烧仙草糊迅速倒入,边冲边并用勺子不断搅拌,然后关火。
  • 6.充好的烧仙草看起来还很稀,不要动它,让它自然冷却,冷了之后就会成果冻状。
  • 7.冷却好的烧仙草盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏至少5小时,冷藏后的口感更佳。
  • 8.取出冷藏好的烧仙草,用勺子舀起来QQ的
  • 9.用勺子打散的烧仙草放进容器中。
  • 10.加入适量的糖桂花。
  • 11.再撒上一些蔓越莓就可以开动了。
