  • 低筋面粉60g
  • 黄油60g
  • 泡打粉小勺的1/4,1.25ml
  • 咸盐小勺的1/4,1.25ml
  • 蓝莓果酱适中

  • 1.室内温度融化黄油,黄又不能完全柔滑,软了就可以。
  • 2.如果天气较热,拿一个锅,到温水进锅内,把放黄油的碗放入,这样加入黄油变软,千万不要把黄油融化。
  • 3.有液体融化的咸阳,就迅速拿出,用勺子碾碎。
  • 4.完了用打蛋器把黄油稍微打发。
  • 5.将细砂糖和咸盐慢慢加入黄油一起打发。用打蛋器继续打发,打到颜色变淡,体积胀大。
  • 6.鸡蛋液加入黄油要三次加入。就是这样的颜色,体积胀大即可。
  • 7.用电子秤称好低筋面粉60g。
  • 8.要分三次把低筋面粉加入打发的黄油内。
  • 9.用刮刀从下至上的搅拌,弄均匀,不要转圈搅拌。
  • 10.搅拌均匀,放置一边备用。
  • 11.制作简易的烘焙模具,拿锡纸叠双层,两边折回,立起折成磨具。
  • 12.把弄好的蛋糕糊倒入。
  • 13.进烤箱烘焙20分钟,上下火,中层,160度。
  • 14.放凉推掉磨具,去掉周围的蛋糕,切整齐。切成三角。
  • 15.中间抹上蓝莓酱,可以根据个人喜好加自己喜欢的酱。
