莲藕猪肉珍珠丸
较往年4-5元/斤相比,今年莲藕的价格下降不少,基本上都在2-3元/斤;莲藕营养又便宜自然不会放过了,基本上每周买菜时都会买上些莲藕回来或炒、或凉拌或炖汤;今儿却换着方式将它擦成藕泥与猪肉馅做成猪肉藕圆、再裹上浸泡好的五常大米,最后上蒸锅蒸熟,味道比纯猪肉馅更好吃~~~

  • 莲藕100克
  • 猪肉馅195克
  • 芥花油1汤匙
  • 少许
  • 食盐2小勺
  • 生粉4小勺
  • 五香粉少许
  • 鲜鸡汁少许
  • 六月鲜酱油1汤匙
  • 少许

Steps to make 莲藕猪肉珍珠丸

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.大米洗净后用清水浸泡一夜
  • 3.将浸泡酥软的大米冲洗后沥干
  • 4.莲藕洗净擦成藕泥至猪肉馅中
  • 5.加入辅料中食材随一个方向搅拌上筋
  • 6.用勺子取适量莲藕猪肉馅做成小圆球
  • 7.放入大米中使其表面均匀裹上大米
  • 8.依次做好后放入蒸屉中
  • 9.蒸锅上气后放入蒸屉
  • 10.蒸至25~30分钟左右
  • 11.准备好葱沫和红尖椒
  • 12.撒在丸子上再蒸一分钟关火
