Steps to make 蒸春饼

  • 1.所有材料混合揉成面团,盖好盖子,醒40分钟
  • 2.将醒好的面团平均分成四份
  • 3.取两份用手掌摁成饼
  • 4.表面刷植物油
  • 5.将刷植物油的面对贴在一起
  • 6.用擀面杖擀成薄饼,越薄越好
  • 7.蒸屉中放入屉布,将擀好的饼放入蒸屉,表面在刷一层薄薄的油
  • 8.依次擀好剩余的面饼,罗放倒一起(我只蒸了两层,如果做的多,每放一层饼都需要刷一层薄薄的油)
  • 9.放入蒸锅蒸5分钟
  • 10.起锅后趁热将两张饼撕开
  • 11.薄薄的春饼就蒸好了
