Steps to make 金桔酱

  • 1.金桔洗净,淡盐水泡15分钟,再清水冲洗。
  • 2.切开去籽。
  • 3.放在料理杯中酱料档。
  • 4.打好的金桔酱倒入锅中,加适量冰糖,用不粘锅大火烧开,调入小火熬制到浓稠,大概40分钟左右。
  • 5.熬好凉到40度左右加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀,再凉透装到瓶子里。
