广东特色早餐(蒸肠粉)

Steps to make 广东特色早餐(蒸肠粉)

  • 1.把所有粉料拌到一起,用适量白凉开水调好,(水的份量我是按感觉加的,先蒸一条,觉得太稠了可以再加点水)
  • 2.蒸盘抹干水份先放锅里蒸一下(10秒左右就行)
  • 3.在盘里抹上油,加入一勺的材料,然后大火蒸1分钟,
  • 4.打开盖子,看到起大气泡就是熟了,然后取出,趁热把肠粉卷起,放到盘子上
  • 5.吃多少就做多少,做完了就可以切段,淋上上好的酱油和香油就可以吃了
  • 6.我一个人一次能吃2-3条,我家老公厉害,他能吃5-6条,,(图中是三条的份量)
  • 7.还可以按口味的加入肉末、葱花和鸡蛋,既好吃又营养,(这是我儿子最喜欢吃的鸡蛋肠)
