花式蓝莓果酱面包
第二次用这款ACA烤箱烘烤食物,看看出炉后的面包,色泽是不是很漂亮,光鲜呢。都说新烤箱需要有磨合期,看来我已经迅速摸清烤箱脾气啦
平时早餐就会自己做面包,但只是做原味的,细细品味也是别有一番风味,今儿想让面包口感更丰富,增加了蓝莓果酱,口感更佳诱人。

  • 细砂糖40g
  • 酵母4g
  • 2g
  • 黄油40g

Steps to make 花式蓝莓果酱面包

  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.除黄油、蓝莓果酱外其他材料混合在一起,放入面包机内,设置和面档进行和面
  • 3.面团揉至扩展阶段后加入黄油继续揉至出膜
  • 4.揉好的面团盖上保鲜膜室温发酵至原来体积的两倍大
  • 5.手指沾面粉插进去,拔出来后洞洞不会缩,证明已经发酵好
  • 6.发酵好的面团取出排气,分成大小均等的6分并搓圆,然后盖上湿布静置松弛15分钟
  • 7.取一个面团擀成薄片,长方形,中间抹上适量蓝莓果酱,两边斜切均匀的花刀,一边一条裹住蓝莓酱
  • 8.做好后放入烤箱二发,45度25分钟
  • 9.取出刷上一层蛋液
  • 10.烤箱预热,入烤箱倒数二层,上下火160度烤20分
  • 11.烤至表面金黄即可出炉
